Account & billing
In development
ATHELOS Cloud is currently in private development. This page describes the workflow that will be available at launch. To use ATHELOS today, see the Self-hosted installation.
Manage your ATHELOS Cloud account from Settings in the sidebar.
Account
The account section shows:
- Name — your display name
- Email — the address you sign in with
- Workspace name — used in reports and client-facing artifacts
- Timezone — affects how dates display
You can change any of these except your email. Changing your email requires a verification round-trip — the new address receives a confirmation link.
Plan
The plan section shows your current tier and what it includes:
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Community | Free | 1 operator, personal use, full feature set |
| Solo | $29/mo | 1 operator, commercial use, signed client delivery |
| Studio | $89/mo | Up to 5 operators, shared engagements, team activity log |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited operators, SSO, audit exports, dedicated support |
Upgrading
Upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing → Change plan.
When you upgrade mid-cycle:
- The new plan takes effect immediately
- Your card is charged the prorated difference for the current cycle
- Your next invoice is at the new plan's rate
Downgrading
Downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan's features until then.
If you downgrade below your current operator count, you'll be asked to remove team members before the change takes effect.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. After that:
- Your workspace becomes read-only
- You can export your data for 30 days
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted
Billing
The billing section shows:
- Current plan — tier and price
- Next charge — date and amount
- Payment method — the card on file
- Invoices — every past invoice, downloadable as PDF
Payment methods
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Bank transfer (annual plans only, Enterprise)
Payment is processed through a PCI-compliant provider. We never store card details.
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- We retry three times over five days
- You receive an email each time
- If all retries fail, your workspace becomes read-only
- After 14 days, your workspace is suspended
Update your card from Settings → Billing → Payment method at any time.
Invoices
Every charge generates an invoice. View and download from Settings → Billing → Invoices.
Invoices include:
- Your workspace name
- Billing period
- Line items
- Tax (if applicable)
- Payment reference
For annual Enterprise contracts, invoices are sent by email and paid by bank transfer.
Team and operators
Operators count against your plan's limit:
- Community — 1 operator
- Solo — 1 operator
- Studio — up to 5 operators
- Enterprise — unlimited
Adding operators
From Settings → Team, click Invite member. The invited person receives an email with a link to join. They count as an operator once they accept.
Removing operators
From Settings → Team, click the member's row and choose Remove. Their access ends immediately. Their past activity remains in the audit log.
Data export
You can export your full workspace data at any time:
- Clients, engagements, findings, evidence — JSON + file archive
- Reports — PDF
- Invoices — PDF
From Settings → Data → Export. The export generates a downloadable archive within a few minutes.
Security
- Two-factor authentication — enable TOTP from Settings → Security
- Session management — see and revoke active sessions
- Audit log — every write operation is logged with timestamp and user
Deleting your account
To delete your account and workspace:
- From Settings → Account, scroll to the bottom
- Click Delete account
- Confirm by typing your workspace name
- Enter your password
Deletion is immediate and permanent. All data is destroyed. This cannot be undone.
If you want to keep your data, export it first — see Data export above.
